Profile in leadership presentation

DescriptionInterview one leader of your choice. Examples of leaders can include, but are not limited to, former or current managers or supervisors, educational leaders, civic/business leaders, and religious leaders. This interview can take place via phone, via e-mail, or in person. The following questions should be asked to the leader –
1. What are the most important qualities an effective leader should have?
2. What are the most important qualities an effective leader should have?
3. What are the qualities you want most in an employee? Why?
4. How do your employees react to your leadership?
5. What is the role of effective communication in leadership?
6. What is most important to you and your organization – mission, vision, or core values? Why?
7. What experiences have you had that enabled you to grow into your current leadership style/position?Create a leadership profile of your chosen leader within a PowerPoint presentation (6 slides). Be sure to include the following in your individual leadership profile:
1. A slide that introduces your chosen leader
2. A summary of the answers to the interview questions
3. A description of the leadership model with which the leader seems most closely aligned
4. A summary that describes any characteristics of servant leadership that are displayed by any of the leaders.
5. Other commonalities among the leaders, in terms of values, beliefs, and impact on the community.
