I did look at your current version. I think it developed well. However in section 2 some revision is needed (see
comments in document, attached). There are huge differences in the quality of different sections e.g. section 1 is
written in a clear and correct style while sections 2­5 are difficult to understand and proofreading is needed there.
Please be always consistent in terms of terminologies: e.g., “workplace change” vs. “work change ”.
· Improve storyline of background information: I would need to better see where you are heading to…For the
moment it has lots of iÕÉ≠†Њ†nformation on theories and models but for me the compelling story is lacking.
·Focus on workplace change, take general organisational change literature very selectively.
· Beside empty paragraphs that still need to be developed.
